As the Qualifying Broker for Capstone Realty's Huntsville office, Kim Dornan is passionate about helping agents build businesses they're proud of while creating a culture where people feel supported, connected, and encouraged to grow.

Kim believes being a great broker is about much more than contracts and compliance. Her approach to leadership is rooted in relationships, education, and being present when her agents need her. Whether she's helping navigate a challenging transaction, talking through a business plan, leading a training, or simply being a sounding board, her goal is to make sure agents know they have someone in their corner.

She is especially passionate about agent development and creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and continued learning. For Kim, one of the best parts of her role is watching agents gain confidence, reach new milestones, and grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. On any given weekend, there's a good chance you'll find her at a baseball field or volleyball gym, cheering from the sidelines. Whether at work or at home, she values relationships, being present, and showing up for the people who matter most.
